DONT BUY DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP
I paid £66
This is what I got:
a) I got -£16 from the total cost of car hire.
b) My vehicle upgrade was not recognised when ordering.
c) My insurance upgrade was not recognised when ordering.
- I was glad I paid extra insurance on the original agreement. QEEQ let me down.
Paying QEEQ for diamond membership is not worth it. I will be informing trustpilot the reality.

This is my first time booking a car rental with QEEQ. I discovered you offered the cheapest option compared with others out there in the market.

The car was perfect and the price was good. And the people at the desk were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was sold collision insurance on the website, which turned out to be totally needless since my credit card already provides that. The agent was kind enough to inform me of that (while also telling me that what I really needed was liability insurance, which I DID have to purchase at time of rental). Unfortunately she was not able to cancel the collision coverage that I didn't need, so that was wasted. I do wish the booking process had made this a bit more clear as I am sure that a large number of customers do have credit cards that provide collision coverage, and attempting to charge customers for that is not a good business practice in my opinion.

They offered me a different car when I went to pick the car and then forced me to upgrade and pay 100 euros more.
Also my rental agreement with qeeq mentioned clearly 17 usd for snow chains as extras and they charged me 58 euros!!!

Rental was OK
Rental was easy, usual issue at desk, paid for insurance through QEEC but was told I am still liable, would be nice if QEEC and the rental company could take the stress out of this element. Also requested Mitsubishi ASX or similar, got an MG, in no way similar to the Mitsubishi.

Not helpful when it comes to European…
Not helpful when it comes to European counterparts. Be sure you double check - if it's with smaller car rental companies they are really bad at coordinating.
They are better with big ones.
Booked and paid for a rental car
Booked and paid for a rental car. 3 months later and with 2 weeks to go QEEQ cancelled the reservation without notice and told us to book something else. By that point the prices had risen considerably. Absolutely appaling customer service. Don't trust them.

I did find it a bit confusing regarding insurance, as a traveler to the U.S. it’s always a worry to know if you are carrying the correct insurance
Disappointing rental experience
Disappointing rental experience. The phone number for the rental company was wrong so weren’t able to contact them when we arrived. The car was very old and didn’t have a point to secure a child capsule despite booking a car with a child seat. Took several hours with the car company to arrange to get it swapped for another car.
